My WordPress runs on my localhost , and have no URL yet.
I want make an effect like this in header image:
<a href="URLThatYouAreLinkingTo" title="What you see when hovering">the cole below give a link to header image,but without the “title=” ” when hovering
<div id="header" style="cursor: pointer;" onclick='location.href="http://www.mysite.com" '>Thank u very lot !

When I click the “Older Posts »” tab, there have nothing to appears except a blank page, the IE Address appears as:
http://localhost/catalog/wordpress/catalog/blog?paged=2
If I delete the “wordpress/catalog/” in this address into :
http://localhost/catalog/blog?paged=2
the next page will correctly appears.
and how to make the address in IE appears as : http://localhost/catalog/blog?paged=2 while I click the “Older Posts »” tab below the bottom of my blog page?
