  • I rolled back and I’m waiting for a solution, but it’s been almost two months now. Following this thread has been useful but if the developer isn’t going to address the issue then I’m going to have to migrate to another plugin.

“This field is required and cannot be empty” error appeared when updating to the new version 3.0.9

    We use Theme Avada
    Wordpress version 5.9.3

My problem resolved as soon as we switched over to the new domain. However we were having a separate issue internally. Make sure your internal DNS doesn’t require the WWW for the domain to work. I had to add that to my WordPress configuration to get it working on the internal network. WordPress standard is a naked URL without the WWW in front of the domain.

Hold on a minute, I’m having some issues with the contact form I’m using, this may be a server issue. The website is a Beta site with a temporary domain, the issue may be that we have not switched the site over to the main domain yet. We are doing this later this week. Could be an MX record thing and not a plugin thing.

    Hello Rustaurius,

I shortened it down to just a few words.

    Type• Default Appoval Email
    Subject• IMS Administrator – Approval
Message• You have been approve to login.

Worked fine until i went to approve it. I checked off the box for the user, hit approve and got the “Users have been successfully approved.” message.

I waited about 15 minutes but nothing has come through to the user email to let them know it’s been approved. 🙁

Yes I’ve got it setup so that the Admin gets an email when someone registers. That works fine.

So I went to the emails tab, I’ve got a little email all setup and ready to go.

I went to the Premium version of the Options section and double checked. It’s set to shoot off an Email on Admin Approval using the above Default Approval Email.

    • Email On Admin Approval
    • Default Appoval Email

So everything ‘looks’ like it should be working but it’s not sending that email for some reason. Any other ideas?

    Thanks,

    Alex
