Me too. That IP has been hitting my site constantly for the past 2 days. I’ve used Wordfence to manually block the IP but, viewing Live Traffic, it’s still going on. Resolves to Santiago, Chile.
It’s a cloud server I’m using. Not sure whether I could perhaps use Plesk to block it but if it’s happening to me it must be going on all over the place.
I’m also having this issue WP 4.4.2 and Woocommerce 2.5.5
