Even if I am using the version 4.4.6 of iThemes Security the problem is still there and yes, my WordPress timezone settings is correct
Today update to the version 4.4.9 will if it solve the problem

@b.V.Ramanarao thanks for your answer, of course my Time Zone is correct.
This is the first thing that I checked before to activate this option (in order to don’t lock out myself for example).
I have this problem on several websites so it doesn’t depend about one environment. It’s a recurrent bug.

In fact, to be more precise the settings always come back from 12am to 6 am whereas I set from 1am to 7 am
