I am using the free version and am still having the same problem when I use a fixed amount. I am using it as follows:
[paypalsubmit email:test@gmail.com itemamount:75 quantity:1 return_url:http://google.com cancel_url:http://google.com “Donation of $75”]
I now get the error: “You are not redirected to PayPal as you have not configured PayPal Submit Button properly.”
What am I doing wrong?

Thanks. I tried it, but it is still behaving the same way.
BTW, in case you need it, my web page is: http://www.tlacnc.org. The page loads with an empty section for a few seconds then the ticks start to show.
I also saw another topic which seems similar, namely: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/ticker-delay?replies=10. Is this the same issue?
