Should have mentioned we are currently using the Weaver Extreme theme but if possible would like a solution that would potentially work with any theme.

Just noticed my typo. The title should have read “Skip Ahead.” Oops

I was getting this problem. I had two identical installs and I was getting the error in one but not the other. Totally baffled.

Then I noticed on the site I was getting blank pages there was a notification at the top asking to create the WooCommerce pages. This notification was on the site that was working. I clicked the link to create the pages and voila no more blank pages.

I am also getting this problem. I am using the executive pro theme. When I enable Genesis Connect the content disappears, disabled the content shows. I disabled all plugins except WooCommerce and Genesis Connect and the content still doesn’t show.

    Did anyone find a solution?

Thanks Yannick. I’m not using a login plugin. The login page is fine, no popup. It’s on the registration page I am getting the popup. Are you getting a popup on the registration page with your testing?

Here is a link to the test site so you can see what happens when you click on register. http://miv.zgsandbox.com/wp-admin

@daniel I installed and activated the plugin you suggested and am still getting errors. It uploaded on the third attempt. Below is a log of the backup. At this time I think I am going to need to look for another solution for this client.

Is it the path for the widget that isn’t working? In Settings->RIGWPPZ for the “Image directory (Widget)” setting I have “wp-content/uploads/random-gallery/” and it works. I haven’t tested it using a shortcode.

There are different styles in the settings if you are using the widget which might help. If you are using the shortcode you will need to add custom css to style.css in your template.

Can you provide a link to your site.

Be warned. At the moment this plugin doesn’t work if you are using PNG files. The code checks twice for GIFs. I have been asking the author to fix it for almost 9 months!!

@daniel, I uploaded the plugin. The first test got two errors then uploaded. The second test worked. I will try again in a couple of days to see if the problem may have been solved.

We re-authenticated with dropbox without any luck. The smaller database only backup works but the larger one that includes files has the error.

I deleted the plugin via FTP and uploaded the latest version again via FTP without deactivating the plugin. It didn’t fix the problem but I will try what you suggested @mike and get my client to re-authenticate.

    Daniel,

I have version 3.1.4 installed on WP 4.1 and I am still getting the errors. As mentioned previously it is only happening with my one client who is using GoDaddy Hosting and with large backup files. The smaller database backup works without any problems.

Below is the log from my most recent test.

Thanks Bill. I had the feeling it might be something like this.

I am getting the error even when running the backup manually. We were getting the error before the update and re-authentication. I anticipated the error would go away after updating but no such luck.

It is only happening with this client who is on GoDaddy. I am not getting the error with clients who have their site on the hosting I provide.

Looks like it might be time to get in touch with GoDaddy.

Am I the only person who is getting this error? The hosting account is on GoDaddy.

    Thanks!
