The staging site has the Storefront theme and activated it. All other plugins have been deactivated except for WooCommerce and WooCommerce Square.

The conflict test was done on the staging site, which is where the log file came from.

I’ve installed the Storefront theme and activated it as well as deactivated all plugins except for WooCommerce and WooCommerce Square.

The same issue is happening. The manual sync fails.

I can only paste 512kb of data per paste in Pastebin.

Each log file is over 5mb each.

How would you like me to proceed?

I’ve updated to the latest version of WooCommerce as well as the latest version of WooCommerce Square on the development site.

I tried the manual sync again, with the same “Sync failed. Please try again” error happening after the manual sync ran for about 12 minutes.

No fatal error logs, just two large square log files.

Additionally, it reported that the last 4 products that I added on the WooCommerce side weren’t found in Square, which is false, because I confirm the SKUs are indeed in Square.

** DO NOT UPDATE ** was a note to myself not to update the plugin until I figured out what is going on with this issue.

I see version 3.4.0 was released yesterday. WEIRD.

I will get 3.4.0 loaded onto a development instance of the site and see if it fixes the manual sync issue.

I have a dev site, but with Version 4.31.1 of the plugin, and the widget works as expected with the “Show widget only if there are upcoming events” option UNCHECKED.

Same issue.

Was getting the exact same error that philrp was getting.

Made the change to the taxonomy.php file and that fixed it.

For reference, the taxonomy.php file that needs to be updated is part of the plugin, and located in the following location.

/wp-content/plugins/content-aware-sidebars/lib/wp-content-aware-engine/module/taxonomy.php

Figured the issue out.

The 1 site it is working on is a site that is setup with Incapsula.

The other 7 are not, and I am coming into those 7 sites as an internal 10.X.X.X address. (due to internal DNS)

If I hop on an external internet connection, all 8 sites work as expected.

All 8 sites are on the same server, but under different users.

/home/username1/public_html/
/home/username2/public_html/
/home/username3/public_html/
etc.

All 8 sites have their own dedicated IP as well.

No other security plugins.

Twentytwelve is installed on the 8 site as the parent theme along with a child theme, which is exactly the same across all 8 sites. Nothing crazy going on with the child theme, just custom css stuff.

I was able to disable all plugins and switch the theme to twentytwelve on one of the sites that isn’t working only because the site hasn’t been handed over to the client yet.

No luck. Issue remains.

I even checked “Disable config caching” and the issue still remains.

I also noticed that all POSTS that are cached are deleted as well after the form is submitted.
