I think I set it up fine with PHPmyAdmin, but I didn’t receive a link from them…

I will also double check my wp-config to make sure it is set up correctly.

I have web hosting (http://000webhost.com), I also have an FTP Client (Classic FTP) and I added the WordPress folder to the web hosting, the link it gave me just says “Error establishing a database connection”…
