That’s really a weird customer support if they said you are on your own. Btw, why don’t follow the tutorial? did you try for any video tutorial on youtube? It will make your life easier
Why not ask the support team of bluehost? I know you did not buy hosting from them but still I heard they offer WordPress service for free, such as transferring your site etc
Using what method you loaded your site to new domain? Your new domain contains only one page which is your home page. If try to access portfolio via this new domain, it is giving me 404 page not found error.
