You can re-arrange the tabs on right side of the page where you write your post by just dragging it up or down.
Try it.
I’m guessing you fixed it because I see it on the right top side of the page.
I had this happened in my blog too. I loged in and then it stopped working. As soon as I clicked a link inside the dashboard, the css started working again. Weird…
