Thanks for all the help, you guys rock! I took your advice and dropped the free shipping method to the bottom of the list and it worked. All products now have shipping details. Although the products that meet the free shipping criteria now only show the free shipping method and before they had all shipping methods. Here’s an example of a product that meets the free shipping criteria before and after I moved the the free shipping method.

JoeyTried the update for good measures, unfortunately no luck. Here’s what I got with the update for a product with and without free shipping. Still only only items that meet free shipping show shipping details.

JoeyThank for all your help. What I’m seeing is the shipping classes on products that meet the free shipping criteria, but the products that don’t meet free shipment have no shipping details at all. Here is the xml output from 7.7.3 for two items, one that meets free shipping and one that does not.

As you can see, one shows all shipping details and the other has no details at all. As of now I’m using the 7.6.1 and everything is working fine and was working up to 7.7.1.

JoeyThanks for your quick reply. I unfortunately had to revert back to 7.6.1 as it’s a live site and it was the last version backed up. Not sure if the log will help, if not I can upgrade again and resend the log.
