have you ever had situation like this? https://goo.gl/dZqC2Q. Im trying to customize default Theme. Customize Tab is “loading” but nothing is happening. Some other functions doesn’t work as well

I’m computer noob so I can only explain what i did. Maybe it would help :).
Long time ago I’ve created my first wordpress site on server kosa1373157.nazwa.pl. I’ve created separate directory on server where I’ve unpacked wordpress files. One week ago I decided to create next wordpress website on the same server so I’ve created new directory and installed new wordpress. I’ve created separate database and proceeded normal wordpress installation. My first site worked and still works without any problem but Im not able to customize my new website. Some of functions are not working. Here I’ve uploaded a photo for you to better understand what do I mean by that : https://goo.gl/dZqC2Q. I’ve tried to install second wordpress few times without any luck
