i have one right now.
but for my second site, i will use wordpress also.
i tried the “static front page” doesn’t work.
i don’t want to use a template of the theme.
i want a blank page that i could start with.
i guess i would need to create it with photoshop and upload the files
to the host
i can’t find the htaccess.php file to edit it
i tryied the no-flashupdloader but i got this error

does this mean that its a problem with the web hosting ?
