Following up on this case. Does this happen on the front end or on the back end panel? If it is on the front end ticket list page, the search filter looks for all the field values that match with that word. If it is in the back end, please confirm us to check this deeper.

Please confirm us the PHP and Awesome Support version in order to assist propery. You can also try deactivating your plugins and switching to a default WP theme to verify if the issue continues.
