Thank you so much for your response.

I was able to get the plugins disabled via the server backend.

I am back in my dashboard but hands are tied due to older versions of WP and PHP not allowing me to update those versions and therefore the plugins I need are not compatible.

Should I assume, I need to break my entire site down and rebuild?
