I have the same problem. It worked a week ago, i could capture page URL and title using cfdb shortcode but now it does not work. It might be because of an update to contact form 7 that has been released recently.
i found a fix for URL:
“Submitted from Page URL” works for URL page. Eg:
[cfdb-html form=”Form Name” show=”Submitted from Page URL”]${Submitted from Page URL}[/cfdb-html]
“Property For Sale In Marbella: Browse Apartments and Villas for Sale” – is a title of a page and is a page not a post or a taxonomy.
I was trying to use a widget to paste breadcrumbs on some pages.
