I have the same issue, time stamps don’t match. Were you able to get a workaround for this? I don’t think the plugin is working on my site properly because of it.
i’ve checked all the suggestions mentioned here, the nested folders etc, and am still having the same problem. I also watched the helpful video (thanks whoami) but still no joy:( Any other suggestions. The plug-in I’m trying to use is the Flutter plug-in.

I’ve been having the exact same problem. Added a new plug-in, moved it to my server and the correct folder and it does not show up in the admin. I even tried deleting the hello dolly default plug-in and that still shows up in the admin. I’d like to figure this one out too!
