I installed jQuery Migrate Helper and switched the settings to legacy and it seems to be working. Unfortunately there is no support for the theme, so an update is not coming. Does anyone know a proper solution to fix what jQuery does?

Disabled all plugins and no luck. Oddly when I’m logged into the site the menu works fine, but if I open an incognito tab and load the page the menu does not work. Health check didn’t spot anything.
