PS: I went to Wooocommerce -> Status and looked in the Woocommerce Services tab, it says Health is good / all green, and for USPS USA settings the most recent rate request was successful. Below that, for the International settings it is red and says ‘Setup for this service has not been completed’ which then leads me back to the same page to edit the settings. But after trying again, they still will not save, even though the green alert comes up and says they have been. 🙁
