I can’t share the whole theme, because the design is the property of Flashforward, not me. But as always you are welcome to look at the HTML source to get a general sense of how it’s structured, and feel free to ask specific HTML, CSS or PHP questions here (how did you do x) and I’ll try to answer. Can’t edit, but will add: this isn’t just on one server; on the development/test servers the emails come from www@servername.com… and also that I searched the codex too 🙂
