  • Thanks for the followup @mohamedbayomi!

It appears that the problem cannot be resolved through WooCommerce. If you are trying to use an email address on WordPress that is not included in your hosting package (such as Gmail or a custom domain-based one), you may need to adjust the email settings within WordPress.

You can try using plugins such as Easy WP SMTP or WP Mail SMTP to assist with this. If you are unsure, it is recommended to seek guidance from your email service provider or host.

    Hope this helps!

    Hey there!

To change the default “From” address when sending emails through WooCommerce, follow these steps:

    1. Go to your WordPress dashboard.
    2. Click on WooCommerce and then Settings.
    3. Click on the Emails tab.
    4. Scroll down to the Email sender options section.
    5. Under the From address option, enter the email address you want to use as the default “From” address.
    6. Click Save changes.

    Hey there,

    Thanks for reaching out!

After visiting your store, I was able to replicate this issue! See https://d.pr/i/JgVcwp

Although, after clicking on the cookies consent popup, the filters are correctly initialized. See https://d.pr/v/Vcvl3z

Perhaps there is an issue with the popup that prevents JS files from loading correctly before the user accepts the terms. I would suggest investigating the settings behind the popup!

    I hope this helps!

    Cheers,
