That laptop image url is https://wp-themes.com/wp-content/themes/sg-window/img/logo.png
You could also replace the laptop image by uploading your logo to this folder:
https://wp-themes.com/wp-content/themes/sg-window/img/
Make sure file name is logo.png

I am not aware of Yahoo hosting features, but do you have access to FTP? Or a file manager where you can easily create/edit/delete any file of your website?
If so, download the WP version you can work with here:
https://wordpress.org/download/release-archive/ *the .zip one*
Extract it to your current wordpress folder allowing it to be overwritten by the new version/the version of WordPress you choose.
