FYI, the issues above has been resolved the moment I posted it thanks all for your replies.
I managed to resolved the problem by upgrading my wordpress to the latest release and i’m not sure which plugins has a conflict with it. But most probably its a plugin conflict it works perfectly now.
@suchihu you have to install the chCounter first before you can use the plugins you can download it here http://chcounter.org/ then use the plugins to configure your counter.
@strech.h2o apparently the plugins will work during the first installation. But I too have the same problem with the selection after i want to change my stats selection after the first configuration. The drag and drop will not work and gone after applying the selection, and I need to restore my database backup before it will work again like the first installation.
