Confirm! I added a lot of posts without title on Twitter, FB and Google, I was forced to reverse at previous version.
Same for me, I downgraded the plugin to 2.7.6 on all my 6 sites. I use Genesis framework.
Exactly the same problem for me but with 3500 posts. Problem occurred after migrate from shared (Cpanel) to dedicated (Plesk)

Seems that downgrade to 1.11 resolve my problem even with wp 3.5.2!
