In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipment Tracking Plugin] No tracking info included in the emailHi @biko004,
Email tracking is available as a feature for the premium plugin.
Unfortunately, the basic plugin does not have the feature. Using the basic plugin, you can show the tracking number in “My-Accounts” page. Hope that helps!
Let us know if you have any query.Hi @bridgettebot,
Kindly make sure that it is a physical product and not a virtual product.
The plugin works for physical products only.If you still do not get the rates for that product, then request you to provide us the debug request and response so that we can check the problem.
Note : Make sure to remove the sensitive information from the debug request before sending it to us.
Hi @lamayas
The city that is mentioned in the debug data may be the Origin City that you need to add in the plugin settings page. I suggest you check the plugin setting and add correct Origin Address, and then try to get the rates.
Also if you still face issue please turn on the debug mode in the plugin settings, and while calculating the shipping cost in cart page copy the debug request and response, and update it here,.
Please make sure you remove the UPS Credentials field.Regards
Team XAdapterHi Parker,
The basic version has only individual packing option that is why your products are packed individually (20 products in 20 packages). For weight based packing and box packing methods you need to check out the premium version.

In reply to: [Fedex WooCommerce Shipping Method Plugin] Woo commerce shipping zonesHi,
Did you get a chance to see my reply to your query? If not, then kindly refer the following:
We request you to use the FedEx rate calculator in order to compare the rates. Here is the link to the rate calculator – https://www.fedex.com/ratefinder/home?cc=US&language=en&locId=express
Now, if you are still getting higher rates, then kindly enable the Debug Mode in the FedEx plugin settings page. Then go to the Cart/Checkout page and check the FedEx Response to figure out the error.
If you are not able to figure out the error by yourself, copy both FedEx Request and FedEx Response in either .txt or .xml file and send it to us. We will check it out on our end and will get back to you.
NOTE: make sure to remove the sensitive account information from the request/ response. Also, could you provide us with the screenshot of the FedEx plugin settings page?
Let us know if you need more help.
Thanks.

In reply to: [UPS WooCommerce Shipping Method Plugin] UPS Access pointsHi Pieterclaesen,
Yes, using the premium plugin, you can allow your customers to choose a UPS access point. For enabling that, under advanced settings, enable the option “Access Point”.
Unfortunately, the basic version does not have the Access Point option.
