In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] W3TC Fatal Error Crashed Site – Cant ReviveAre you running WordPress 4.7?
If so, you’ll have to remove W3 Total Cache completely. If you check the WP 4.7 Master list you see that the plugin is specifically listed as incompatible, along with uninstall instructions.
Try checking the site in a private tab – in Safari, File –> New Private Window or in Chrome File –> New Incognito Window. What happens then?

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Compatibility check with wordpress 4.7According to WordPress 4.7 Master List, WordPress 4.7 and W3 Total cache – V0.9.5.1 are NOT compatible.
W3 Total cache – Version 0.9.5.1 is incompatible with WordPress 4.7 and you may need to remove it to access your site (Removing the plugin directory is not enough, you also need to remove the db.php, advanced-cache.php and object-cache.php files manually from the wp-content/ directory).
The other day, I contacted the developers – the next day I got back a short message saying that the plugin was functional and supported.
Obviously, something isn’t right here. If you’re having problems with 4.7 and W3 Total Cache, I suggest you contact the developers and ask for help. Perhaps if enough people explain what’s going on, they’ll fix it.

This would be a great feature for WordFence to implement; user verification. I’ve seen this a few times in the past and cleaned up after it, but it would be handy if WF notified of new users being added.
Fantastic. That sounds like it will solve the problem. Thank you!
