Deleting the configCache.php file worked for me. Thanks!
As a novice user of WordPress, deleting a file that deep felt like doing neurosurgery on my own brain. Nothing to it. Just drill a hole with the file manager, move the wordpress, plugins, and cerebellum out of the way and take out the file.
If anything goes wrong, you won’t know it as your brain will shut down.
Then you can work at the post office without getting frustrated!
