    Dear Guilherme,

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention regarding the conflict between the Rank Math plugin and Squad Modules. We appreciate you providing a screenshot to illustrate the problem.

We’d like to investigate this further to resolve the “Oops! An Error Has Occurred” messages you’re seeing. To help us diagnose and fix the issue, please contact our dedicated support team directly at support@squadmodules.com with the following information:

    1. Your WordPress version
    2. The exact version numbers of both Rank Math and Squad Modules
    3. A list of other active plugins on your site
    4. Any JavaScript errors you might see in your browser’s console (if you’re comfortable checking this)

Additionally, if possible, please try these steps and include the results in your email:

    1. Temporarily deactivate the Rank Math plugin and check if Squad Modules function correctly without it.
    2. Update both Rank Math and Squad Modules to their latest versions, if you haven’t already.
    3. Reactivate Rank Math and check if the issue persists.

Our support team will work closely with you to resolve this conflict and ensure Squad Modules functions properly alongside Rank Math.

We appreciate your patience and look forward to helping you resolve this issue.

    Best regards,

    Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out about the issue with displaying blog posts with specific tags using the Squad Modules Post Grid module and the disappearance of accented letters in the Content part. We understand how frustrating this can be and we’d like to help you resolve it.

Here are some potential solutions you can try:

    1. Update to the latest version of Squad Modules:

The latest version of Squad Modules (as of January 15, 2024) is 1.4.11. This update includes character support for special alphabet several with accents, so it’s possible that the issue with accented letters has already been addressed. Please update your plugin and see if the problem persists.

    2. Supported Characters:

Our post grid module support accents ‘äëïöüÄËÏÖÜáǽćéíĺńóŕśúźÁǼĆÉÍĹŃÓŔŚÚŹàèìòùÀÈÌÒÙãẽĩõñũÃẼĨÕÑŨâêîôûÂÊÎÔÛăĕğĭŏœ̆ŭĂĔĞĬŎŒ̆ŬāēīōūĀĒĪŌŪőűŐŰąęįųĄĘĮŲåůÅŮæÆøØýÝÿŸþÞẞßđĐıIœŒčďěľňřšťžČĎĚĽŇŘŠŤŽƒƑðÐłŁçģķļșțÇĢĶĻȘȚħĦċėġżĊĖĠŻʒƷǯǮŋŊŧŦ’ including speacial characters ‘:~^’. Please let us know if issues with character encoding can cause accented letters to disappear. Additionally, you can try adjusting the character encoding settings in your WordPress installation.

    Best regards,

    WP Squad Team

P.S. We’re constantly working to improve Squad Modules, so feel free to share any feedback you have about the plugin!
