This could happen if you set “Product on click action” option to “None” in the catalog settings. Try to check it and make sure you set it to “Open product page“.

Try to create an album structure, then in each album element add your YouTube playlist videos, so you’ll end up with the results you were looking for.
There’s no option in the settings section, but try to put the follow custom css styles in your slider settings:
@media only screen and (max-width: 600px) {a.gkit-slider-ctrl { display: none !important; } }The main difference between Album and Gallery is, if you use Album layout structure you can have multiple images/videos/elements linked to each album element you add, whereas for Gallery structure you can add single element which could be either image/video/ets… In other words, Album layout is a multilevel hierarchy structure, whereas Gallery layout is a one level hierarchy structure.
I see you’ve sent an email regarding this matter as well, we’ve sent the screenshot of the settings section setup on our end, so you could replicate it on your end.
I’m sorry to inform, but export/import functionality is not supported at the moment. The migration is supported, I mean if you migrate your entire website the content generated by GridKit will be automatically migrated to the new destination, but export individual galleries or portfolios is not supported.
Simply hit the Edit button you see in the table to approve the review. The reviews appear on the front end if only you approve them from the backend, that’s why you see them pending.
You should create a Slider structure from GridKit section to be able to use slider layout styles. This option is not included in the grid structure as a presentation style.
We do not have a “Load more” button, but as an alternative I’d offer you to enable pagination which functions the same way as load more. When pagination is enabled and you click to show next page, it performs an AJAX call in the background and retrieves/loads new items.
Yes, you should manually delete the images from WordPress Media library. Our plugin does not automatically remove any media from the WordPress media gallery.

Please cleanup your browser caches? I guess you’ve updated the plugin, but have not cleaned up your browser and website caches. Generally this is the only reason when you see “Screen size is too small” error message in the composer.
