Thank you for updating your review. I’m not sure if it’s possible to edit already posted topic (this one and the second one) I’ve mentioned in my previous message. Just please write a comment under this topic and the second one, that the topic is not relevant anymore! So, I’ll try to ask WordPress remove them or edit accordingly if possible.

You can not remove, but you can edit. We’d appreciate if you edit especially this feedback. When you’re logged in, you can edit the stars and the comment/message/title/stars you’ve posted.

Sorry for the late reply, the short answer of the question is YES, you can! It’s just an option in the layout setting you can toggle on/off. The option called “Enable shuffling” and located under Advanced subsection.
You should copy the album’s short-code from GridKIT Albums section, then put that short-code in the text field block in your builder.

We’ve temporarily removed that feature, it’s not a bug or coding issue. Meta changed some policies and we’re working with them to get the feature up and running as soon as possible!

@boogieagency, really? Have not you received your money back? Come on man, you know that’s not true! You’ve checked out the product on March 21 and you’ve received your money back on March 23? You even received the premium version as a gift from us. I really explained you everything by email, asked to apologies for the 48 hours delayed reply and without asking anything else we’ve 1. Issued Full REFUND and 2. as a gesture of goodwill granted the Premium version to you for Free! You did not even reply us! I tried to follow up, but again, no success. I’d not reply you here if it was an honest feedback about our product, but you call us thieve when we did everything for your satisfaction and tried to provide a good service! Please be honest man, you want to leave one star review, go ahead and leave it, but update your feedback and please do not put offensive statements which are not reality!

When you click on any item, you’ll see that particular item related images only. The gallery shown in the popup, could be shown as a grid as well. I just thought you’re looking for something similar to album presentation.
