    Dear @cirineus,

    Thank you for reaching out with your query about setting the plugin to show only cross-sell products selected in WooCommerce linked products.

    Currently, our plugin is primarily designed to display cross-sell products from WooCommerce linked products. In this case, cross-sell products are similar to related products, but the main difference is that they only appear on the cart page. If a site owner wants to set specific products as cross-sells for all products(what you need), yes it is indeed possible.

    To explore the possibility of adding this feature, we kindly request that you contact our team at https://pluginic.com/services/ and provide details about the desired functionality and use cases. Our developers will carefully review your request, and we will inform you if this feature can be added to the plugin or not.

    We appreciate your interest in our plugin and look forward to hearing more about your ideas for enhancing its capabilities.

    Best regards,
    Pluginic Team

    Dear @adgwp,

    Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern about the plugin menu option for adding custom CSS. We appreciate your interest in our WordPress plugin and your desire to customize its output.

    At the moment, our plugin is designed to be lightweight and simple, focusing primarily on providing schema functionality for posts. Unfortunately, this means that the plugin currently lacks a built-in option for adding custom CSS.

    However, we are excited to share that we are working on a significant update that will greatly enhance the plugin’s customization capabilities. This update will include a range of pre-made templates to suit various themes, as well as the option to add custom CSS and JS code for further personalization. We believe these improvements will provide a more versatile and user-friendly experience that caters to a wider array of user needs.

    We appreciate your patience as we continue to develop and expand the plugin’s features. Please stay tuned for future updates, and feel free to reach out to us with any further questions or concerns.

    Thank you for your understanding and support.

    Best regards,
    Pluginic Team

    Hello dear @slade470,

    We truly appreciate your valuable contribution to our WordPress plugin! Your code snippet that enables users to create a FAQ section in their WooCommerce product edit page is an excellent addition. The shortcode implementation you provided not only enhances the plugin’s functionality, but also improves user experience on product pages.

    However, we would like to inform you that we are currently working on a similar feature with extensive customization and improvements to the schema for our product, which aligns with our plugin’s primary goal – FAQ Schema. As a result, we will not be adding your code snippet to our plugin at this time.

    Nevertheless, we truly appreciate your effort and hope that you continue to support and contribute to our plugin’s development in the future.

    Warm regards,
    Pluginic Team

    Hi @iturtle

    We would like to clarify that we have not received any similar reports from other users, not even our end, and we have not been able to replicate the issue on our end. It is only possible that the issue you are experiencing is specific to your installation or configuration. So we can’t count it as a “BUG” yet. However, we understand that compatibility with different hosting platforms, as well as server configurations like PHP versions, can sometimes cause difficulties for our users.

    We would like to investigate this issue further, but we would need access to your website’s backend in order to do so. Just make a support ticket with your credentials with the details here: https://pluginic.com/support/
    This is the only way we can help you.

    In the meantime, we appreciate you sharing your webpage with us, and we will do our best to assist you there: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/styling-css-4/.
    Thank you so much! πŸ€—

    Lastly, we kindly request you consider updating your review, as the issue you experienced has now been resolved (you told us before).

    King Regard,

    Hello @iturtle,

    Your CSS code is correct, just need a little change on selector πŸ‘‡

    #gpsc--upsell .gpsc--product-image a {
        text-decoration: none !important;
    }
    #gpsc--upsell .gpsc--product-image a h2 {
        font-size: 11px;
        font-weight: bold;
        text-align: left;
    }

    Note : The font weight is already in bold. If you need more bolder, just use bolder :

    font-weight: bolder;

    We are thrilled to receive your web page link! πŸ˜ƒ Thank you so much for sharing it with us. If you need any further customization, please don’t hesitate to provide us with detailed information. Our team is always here to assist you happily! 😍

    Best regards,
    The Pluginic Team

    Thank you for reaching out to us regarding using “FAQ Schema Ultimate”. Currently, the plugin appears only on posts. Not pages or other post types. We are working on it.

    We appreciate your feedback and will definitely consider it for future updates. However, it would take us approximately 10 business days to implement this feature. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience. Let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

    Hello @iturtle ,

    We are really really sorry for the inconvenience. Here we are always contributing for free. But besides this, we have to work on some other products. We were actually busy with our new premium product. Please consider your feedback.

    Every time we release a new version of the plugin with a good QC. Sometimes it conflicts with the theme or server on the user end. So we need at least a URL where the user facing the problem.

    As we were busy with our new premium product development, we couldn’t reach you then, and we apologize for that. Please provide us the URL where you’re facing an issue; we’ll try our best to fix that. Thank You!
    Best Regards.
