In reply to: [Storefront] Pagination For Multiple Product ListsHi there @almirdzankovic,
Thanks for reaching out to us about pagination on your Storefront site. I’m happy to help you!
Almir, it sounds like changing pages when a page with multiple product list shortcodes and pagination is set up does not work, right? To help you further, it’d be great if you could share the following:
- A link to the page on your site
- The exact shortcodes used for the product lists
- The exact shortcode used for the pagination
Thank you!

In reply to: [Storefront] Help – Cannot Add Woocomerce Categories to MenuHi there @dicklim39,
Thanks for reaching out to use about the problem with adding WooCommerce Categories to your site’s menu, Dicky!
Just to clarify, the
Categoriesoption one the Appearance > Menus page is for WordPress post categories and not WooCommerce product categories. That’s why no product categories are available. To add WooCommerce product categories to the menu, please follow the steps outlined in this doc to enable them in the Screen Options. After that, you should be able to add any product category to the menu.

In reply to: [Storefront] Product List Plugin on Single Product PageHi there @thedrumdoctor,
Thanks for sharing more details about the widget used and that the content should only be displayed on the home page and not anywhere else.
Based on what I’m understanding, I think the
Below headerwidget area was used, correct?
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/WdflfSJust to clarify, Storefront widgets don’t have the option by default to be displayed only on specific pages and there’s no specific home page widget.
As an alternative, WooCommerce Blocks could be used to set up a custom home page where the content in the widget could be added specifically to the page (and therefore not on other pages).
Or, a page builder plugin could be use to add and customize the display of widgets.
It would also be great to have you add your idea for improving Storefront to the Storefront Ideas Board, which is where developers go to look for future plugin features and improvements. The other option is to submit a feature enhancement request on the Storefront theme’s Github repository.
Please let us know if you have any further questions!

In reply to: [Storefront] Product List Plugin on Single Product PageHi there @thedrumdoctor,
We appreciate you reaching out to us about the widget set up on your shop page.
To help you further, it’d be great if you could share the following
- The name of the Product List Plugin you’re using and a link to where you got it from
- A screenshot of the section in the Appearance > Customize > Widgets where the widget is set up
- A screenshot of the shop page and single product page
If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, here are a few free options:
There is also a walkthrough guide here.
If the site is live, could you please share the URLs for the shop page and a single product page for us to better understand the problem?
Thank you!

In reply to: [Storefront] Live Preview crashes siteHi there @skredlemon,
We appreciate you reaching out to us about the Live Preview issue happening on your site. I’m happy to help you!
Based on the error in the email report, the issue seems to have been caused by the Divi Toolbox plugin:
An error of type E_ERROR was caused in line 91 of the file /home/padelove/public_html/wp-content/plugins/divi-toolbox/toolbox-customizer.php:91The “stack trace” error indicates that there might also be other plugins causing a conflict somewhere and affecting the Live Preview feature.
To check that, I recommended performing a full conflict test as follows:
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- See if the Live Preview works correctly and without any errors
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.`
Please let us know how that goes or if you need further help!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] SUPER Weird ProblemHi @dopax,
That’s definitely rather strange behavior, as we’d expect each site to have its own catalog, assets, and Pixel.
We’d like to take a much closer look at this issue to see what’s causing the sites to sync with the same catalog. With that in mind, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.
We will be able to help you further there.
Thank you!

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Dont waste your timeHi @alexio,
Thanks for sharing this feedback with us about the Facebook for WooCommerce integration.
I’m sorry to hear this syncing is a mess at the moment and I’d like to help you with these issues.
To do that, it will be great if you could first share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the
WooCommerce / Statussection of your site. Once there, click on theGet system reportbutton and then copy it by clicking on theCopy for supportbutton. Then paste it here in a comment when you reply. Also, could you please share more details about the problem? For instance, are all products not syncing correctly? Roughly what percentage of products have wrong prices and how many products are duplicated?
Finally, are you seeing any errors when syncing? If so, could you please provide us with a screenshot of the errors?

In reply to: [Storefront] How to Change Toolbar Menu on MobileHi there @momlifedeals,
Thanks for reaching out to us about changing the handheld (mobile) footer bar links in the Storefront theme!
I’d like to confirm that you’re asking about the three menu icons that appear by default in the footer on mobile. Is that correct?
Here’s a screenshot highlighting what I mean:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/PpCrGDIf so, I recommend following using one of the code snippets in this doc to change the links: Customize links in the handheld footer bar.
Alternatively, you could also add a home page link alongside the existing links using this snippet.
That would look something like this screenshot:
Link to image: https://d.pr/i/CqHOCWI recommend using the free Code Snippets also available on WordPress.org to add the snippet.
Please let us know how if that helps!
