1) Brand name sync: Yes, thank you for your understanding. We cannot give you an exact timeframe for a reply back from our developers. We will keep you posted once we have an update from them.

2) Duplicate products”: Thank you for sharing your System Status Report. I had a look through it and noticed you have WPML and a few other plugins that might cause duplicate products in specific situations.

The plugins that stand out most to me are Variation Swatches for WooCommerce and Variation Swatches for WooCommerce Pro. These plugins seem to handle variations and images, and may not be working correctly with the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin.

To check if there is a plugin or possibly your theme causing a conflict that prevents Facebook for WooCommerce from working correctly, I recommend performing a full conflict test. Please make sure to disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Facebook, while switching to a default theme like Storefront.

Then sync to Facebook again and see if you still get duplicates.

Please let us know how that goes or if you need further help troubleshooting the duplicate products!

Sorry to hear you are still having problems. I still the products on the http://waveshops.it/ home page.

It seems to me that the home page might also be the shop page. Could you please try creating a new page, then setting that as the home page to see what happens?

Hmm, I did check the Storefront demo page and my Storefront test site. It would be better if we could take a look at your site, as there may be a plugin that overrides any code we provide to you.

Having said that, I tested the following code on my Storefront test site, which increases the sticky Add to cart button padding that will increase its width:

.storefront-sticky-add-to-cart__content-button {
    padding-left: 4em;
    padding-right: 4em;
}

I recommend adding this code to the Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS section of your site’s Customizer.

I also suggest adjusting the 4em sizing to something a bit bigger or smaller depending on your needs.

Here’s what my test site looks like with the default Storefront code:

I had a look at https://hangmattor.se/praktisk-information/ and it looks like the style for the links overrides the bold settings:

Here’s some CSS code you can add to your site, which will make the H4 level headings bold on the Praktisk information page.

    font-weight: 600;
}
