Plugin update system is already in place so there is really no need for it.
At least, make it transparent and optional. One check box like “I want to receive product updates via my email” or something like that.
I am looking forward for that update.

we have added additional rules in order to show menu items for non-logged in users and hide it from logged in ones in the update version (1.1).

And there is an issue obviously because you’re supposed to do this by selecting “No” for visible to logged in users and un-check all user roles which is not possible at the moment.
We’re working on it and will resolve the issue asap.
