Hi there.
Please advise what versions of the plugin you are currently using?
Would you mind sending me a link to your map so I can look into this for you?
The above errors won’t affect the map’s functionality – they’re only JavaScript warnings, fortunately 🙂
We haven’t received any feedback previously regarding a conflict with the Voyager theme, however if you can send me a link to your site I’m sure I can sort this out for you quite quickly.

In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] trying to add map for the first timeHi there.
The “My First Map” is the initial map created in the Free version of our plugin. The free version does not allow for more than one map though unfortunately. You can however create an unlimited number of markers.
The Pro version allows you to add a marker to more to two categories, yes.

Please confirm if there is a single map on the ‘Maps’ page? Or is it blank?
The Basic version does not allow you to create a map as it is limited to a single map. The Pro version however allows you to create unlimited maps, and as a result an ‘Add New’ button is available on the page.
The Pro version also allows for categories to be added to the map, yes. The demo allows the user to select between various categories – when selecting the checkboxes the markers assigned to those categories will display on the map.

In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] Great support responseHi there.
This is most likely caused by a JS error on the page. Would you mind sending me a link to your map so I can look into this for you?

Please confirm if you are using the Basic or Pro version of our plugin?
The basic version doesn’t allow you to create a map as one is created on plugin activation.
If you don’t see any maps on the ‘Maps’ page, please try deactivating and activating the plugin and let me know if this helps?
Also, please confirm if you are using the plugin on a single or multi site installation?

In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] multisite?Hi Jakours.
Not a problem at all. Thank you for choosing our plugin 🙂
Thanks for your feedback stefaanvandamme!
@marekmanonovy, Please set the width of your map to 100%, by going to the ‘Maps’ -> ‘Edit’ page. This will set the width of the map to the full width of the container, as stefaanvandamme mentioned previously, and will allow it to look like the screenshot you sent through 🙂

Please get in touch with us via http://www.wpgmaps.com/contact-us/ for Pro version support.

Not a problem. So glad to hear everything is now working as expected.
Just to confirm, did it start working as expected when activating it individually on each website instead of a Network activate?

The plugin will create the first map by default on plugin activation – has no map been created at all on your side?
