In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] Setting the zoom level – shortcodeThanks Aaron
OK so just to be clear, when you were in the map creation page, did you set your preferred zoom level on the map that displays there and then press “save map”?

In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] Setting the zoom level – shortcodeHi Aaron
Sorry for the delay.
The steps you took are the correct steps. There’s no additional fields required for the shortcode other than just the “id”.Can you please send me a link to the map so I can debug?
Kind regards

Sorry for the delay. It seems to be displaying on our side. Is everything working on your side?Kind regards
NickHi
Sorry we missed your support request.
Did you come right? Do you still require help?Kind regards
NickDunpeal, Try keeping your height in pixels and set your width to percentage. Some themes arent set up to use height percentages correctly.

Please confirm what version of WordPress you are using?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] Pins Not Displaying Front-EndHi Martin
Apologies for the delay!They actually are there but they are beign rendered incorrectly due to a styling conflict.
See this style:
media=”all”
* {
-moz-box-sizing: border-box;
-webkit-box-sizing: border-box;
-ms-box-sizing: border-box;
box-sizing: border-box;
margin: 0;
font-family: Tahoma,Arial,sans-serif;
position: relative;
max-width: 100%;
}The “max-width:100%;” is causing a conflict. Although my plugin attempts to over-ride that conflict, somehow it’s not working.
If you can remove the “max-width” from that element in your style sheet, it will work.
It doesnt look like removing it will negatively affect anything else on your site either.
Kind regards

In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] Search by zip codeHi there
At the moment you cant search via ZIP code in a way you probably would want. However, the Pro version allows for “Advanced marker listing” which contains a search input field which then filters the marker listing table as you type in your query. We are however working on “Zip code” search functionality as this is a request we get oftenKind regards
NickHi there
