In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] Shortcode not working.Hi! Thank you 🙂
I see you are not using my plugin on that page anymore. Do you still require my help?
There could be a conflict between your theme and my plugin. If you were to activate my plugin and put the shortcode on a page and send me the link, I’d be able to better debug the issue and provide support.
Let me know
Kind regards
NickThanks David 🙂

In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] Import CSV Fails 'category 1'Will be doing this in the next release 🙂
Thank you for your feedback – we do appreciate it!Hi
No you dont need to buy it to use it.
Are you on a WordPress multisite/network installation?
In your left navigation, do you see “Maps” ? When you click on that, under “Maps” do you see “Maps” and “Settings” ?
What happens when you click on “Maps” – you should get a page that shows you a line in a table that has “My first map” in it. If you click on that, you can then create your map.
Kind regards
NickHi
We’ll have to test that plugin with our plugin.
I’ll get back to you soon.Kind regards

In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] Import CSV Fails 'category 1'Are you perhaps using a Mac?
Sometimes the import function cannot recognize the “return” character on Mac computers and therefore thinks all the lines are on one line.
Try opening the CSV in a different text editor and resaving it. Does that help?Hi David
The “edit location” is only meant for if you want to drag the marker to a more specific location on the map. Should you wish to edit the address, please just use the “edit” link.
We are however working on the bug that when you had previously used “edit location” and then used “edit” to change the description or any other field, you lose the intended GPS location. This will be addressed in the next release.
Thank you for your recommendations.
Kind regards
NickHi David
We’ll definitely consider this in the next release. In the meantime, there are bulk geocoders available online if that makes things easier for you: http://www.gpsvisualizer.com/geocoder/

In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] The map not showing upHi Ahmed
It looks like there is an uncaught exception (JavaScript error) being thrown out on that page which is stopping my plugin’s JavaScript from executing.Uncaught TypeError: Object function (e,t){return new x.fn.init(e,t,r)} has no method ‘cookie’ cart-fragments.min.js?ver=2.0.20:1
I think this is probably being caused because the jquery cookie file cannot be found, as can be seen here:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) http://www.qasaralrawan.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/assets/js/jquery-cookie/jquery.cookie.min.js?ver=1.3.1
Uncaught TypeError: Object function (e,t){return new x.fn.init(e,t,r)} has no method ‘cookie’If you fix that issue, the map should load.
Internetgenie, please contact me on nick@wpgmaps.com and I’ll help you.
Thank you Esmi 🙂
Kind regards
