In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] Lack of support for ProHi
Apologies for the delay in response. I was camping for 2 weeks and had no internet and very limited cell phone signal. I only go away once a year (If I’m lucky) and unfortunately you had an issue during this time which obviously could not get responded to quick enough. I’m battling through the back log of support at the moment and I will attend to your issue as soon as possible. I apologize.Hi there
This is not possible without considerable customization. Please contact us on http://www.wpgmaps.com/contact-us/ if you would like us to help you with this.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] Maps not showing in wp-admin barHi gld
Can you possible take a screenshot of your “plugins” page. The “MAP” link should appear bottom left of the screen after activating WP Google Maps. Please ensure you are using “WP Google Maps” and not “WP Google Map Plugin” – they are two different plugins. Ours is the first.Hi Tony
Our plugin is designed for you to recreate markers on your own map. It is separate from the data the Google has in it’s database.Hi
At the moment, only by address (or country or zip code) and distanceHi
Sorry for the delay – I was camping with no cell signal.
This is more of a pro query and we can only address queries for the basic version here, please may you address this query on http://www.wpgmaps.com/contact-us/Hi Juan
Please let me know who you host with and what package you are using so I may debug.Hi
Please remove the first “/” in the MARKER XML DIR – that should do the trick. Alternatively, select “Database” for the “Marker Pull” method instead of using XML files.Forum: Plugins

This was addressed in the latest version. Apologies for the delay in response.Hi Tszabo
Unfortunately you cannot make the height responsive with your layout. I would suggest a height of 300pxForum: Plugins
In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] assign file permissions problemHi there
Apologies for the delay – I was camping where there was no signal. On some hosts there are tight security settings that dont allow plugins to create files without changing file permissions (which can be quite tricky). Please update to the latest version and then go to Maps->Settings->Advanced Tab and select “Database” instead of “XML File” for the “Marker Pull” method. This should help. Please let me know.

In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] Missing marker on different domainPlease direct any pro queries to http://www.wpgmaps.com/forums/forum/support-forum/
This forum is strictly for the non-commercial product.
Version 6.1.0+ now has the option to pull the marker data directly from the DB which is the best option when using a small amount of markers.
