In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] Plugin Creates JS errorsHi Deb.
So glad to hear. Thank you for getting in touch with us via email π
Hi there.
Unfortunately not. The Pro version however allows you to import markers via a CSV file.
A full guide on how to do this, should you choose to purchase the Pro version can be found here http://www.wpgmaps.com/documentation/exporting-and-importing-your-markers/

In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] google maps crashingHi Naz.
I was able to replicate this by pressing the ‘Enter’ key on my side.
I have added this as a bug to the plugin (https://trello.com/b/Brsxoyzo) to ensure we have this fixed in the next update we release.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

I visited your map and entered in a postal code, but wasn’t able to replicate what you have been experiencing.
Which browser did you use when this occurred?

Please go to ‘Maps’ -> ‘Settings’ -> ‘General’ and ensure the checkboxes related to disabling zoom control are not checked?
If they are already unchecked, please send me a link to your map so I can look into this for you?

In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] Only one mapHi there.
Sorry to hear this. You can however add as many markers as you like.
Hi there.
Unfortunately the plugin only allows you to create one polygon at this point in time, in both versions, however we will look into adding this sort of functionality as it’s a great idea π
My apologies for any inconvenience caused.

In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] registered users online on Google mapsHi there.
Unfortunately not at this point in time, however we can definitely look into adding this as a feature to a future release.
My apologies for any inconvenience caused.

In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] I canΒ΄t install this pluginHi there.
This can be increased by going into your PHP .ini file and setting the ‘upload_max_filesize’ to a higher value. Alternatively, you can get in touch with your host and request them to increase the upload file size.
Does this help?

In reply to: [WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps)] Image-Markers not in centerHi there.
I visited the page you sent me but it doesn’t look like you’re using our map on there at the moment.
May I suggest adding caching to your site so increase page and marker load speeds?
Hi there.
Please go to ‘Maps’ -> ‘Settings’ -> ‘Advanced Settings’ and set the ‘Pull Method’ to ‘Database’.
Does this help?
