It’s fixed!
They asked the URL where it shows up. I wrote out all the info then re-checked before submitting. Problem gone! Either time fixed it or they tweaked something behind the scenes.
Anyway, it is fine now. Thanks for the suggestion.

It was my boo boo.
Part of the first FTP, I removed the ReadMe doc; I thought it was unnecassary. Wrong.
The 2nd time, after the fresh install, I reviewed the doc and that reminded me to go to the domain + the admin install extension. That worked a lot better!

Plus the ReadMe Documentstion link does not work either; again the Page Not Found error.
