On your new hosted WordPress click Tools > Import. Choose WordPress.
Select the XML you downloaded previously and choose what to import (import attachments…)If you want to redirect traffic from the old site, you may need additional steps.

Your hosting company (Go Daddy / Yahoo ?) should have provided you credentials to manage your domain and hosted files. If you don’t have that information, you could contact your hosting company.
