Add this on below the line number 65 in plugins/aramex-shipping-woocommerce/aramex-shipping.php
add_action('admin_init', 'aramex_shipping_method');
try this for temporary fix, till you get the updated version from the author.

I am new to develop plugin, this was my first plugin, i have fixed the issue, i did find time, i will try to keep fixing the issues further, please try the plugin once again, thank you for your kind posting about the issue.
