I actually found the solution and would like to share it to people out there who may have the same problem. When I researched this on Google, apparently there are so many people having the same issues.
Here’s the solution that works for me:
You may want to try:
o disable your plug-ins one-by-one
or
o rename your plugins directory or move the content
o delete your plugins directory content
In my case, I remove the plugins\*.* and find that it works afterward.

but when you click to individual blog post, it fails and returns “Blank pages”:
