After some researching on-line I found the answer, I disabled my filters in peer guardian and this solved the problem, thanks for the responses.
Thanks for the replies. i am curious Samuel B had success logging in, could it be a safari thing? maybe I should try firefox. i was still unable to reach the login page when I tried just now.
