It looks like you are using the build in wordpress menu feature, correct? If so, go to appearance->menus. From there, remove the “Home” button from the menu. Use the “Custom Links” option to create a new “Home” button and add http://noisemerchant.com/ as the url. Drag it to the top and your in business.
