So sorry for long delay, we didn’t see your reply til now.
And many thanks for your genius help on this! It works!
And yes, this is really a silly, crazy, sloppy bug in Woocommerce that they need to permanently address and fix. We’re just wondering how little old us could be the ones to complain about this, when there are millions of companies out there — and no one is complaining enough to do anything? Wow.
So again, thank you so much for taking your valuable time to address this issue, and I hope that your programming will somehow make it into the actual Woo code!
Best wishes,
Lucas
ojaya.comHi Frank! Thanks so much for this!
Before we install that code, there seems to be a bit of confusion in this thread about what we’re trying to achieve.
Can you recap for us (in simple terms even we can understand!) exactly what you code does?
Appreciate your efforts very much. We will give you free enrollment in our Course at Ojaya.com as a thank you if you wish.
Yes, here is more info for Tech Support.
This issue is actually not something that you need to investigate by looking for plugin conflicts. We believe it has to do with how Braintree functions.
We see that Braintree puts cards into a “Vault” and then it appears they cannot be used again. Is this correct? If so, WHY?
People should be able to use their card multiple times, even if it is a different user account.
Please could you explain how the “Vault” works, and if this is actually the source of our issue?
Thanks,

In reply to: [CleanTalk Anti-Spam. Spam Firewall & Bot protection] errorYes, that worked!
Yes, we understand what you’re saying. But the problem we have, and which is expressed by another person above is this:
Whenever someone checks out without creating an account, the order is not credited to that user, even when the user has the same email address. This is a huge problem in Woocommerce.
Hi huseinhammound!
Thanks for your genius-ness, that worked!
HOWEVER, we still have a big issue. We are a not-for-profit school and people are enrolling in our Learndash courses when they purchase a WooCommerce product.
But with your code above, yes, they can now proceed to place an order without getting the “email already exists” error.
But their Course is not credited to their user, so they cannot access it. Unless they are logged in, it doesn’t get credited to their user.
We feel this is a big bug in WooCommerce, because it should always get credited to the user who has that email, regardless of whether they are logged in or not.
Do you have any other ideas around this!
Thanks much for your input!
LucasYes, send email response. thanks
I am also having this issue with WooCommerce. This seems like a MAJOR, MAJOR bug in WooCommerce.
People need to be able to order with their email address, and then come back and order AGAIN with same email, and it must be credited to that same email address and user.
Please can someone help with this?
Thanks,

In reply to: [Lazy Load for Videos] No Thumbnails In SafariHi Kevin,
We have same issue, but video preview does not show either in Safari or Chrome, even after clear all cache. Moreover, all that shows is the title, and when you click it, it takes you to Youtube to watch the video, which is not what we need. We need the video to play there on the page itself.
We are using Divi theme, which is perhaps the most popular WordPress theme, so we’re not sure what is happening. We had to disable the plugin because it was hiding our videos totally.

Thanks very much for this and for your very quick reply. I have reported this to WPRocket caching plugin, as it appears they may be responsible for these errors. Thanks again!
It seemed to be working well until we just updated both Divi and your plugin.
When some links are clicked, it does not even slowly scroll. Instead it jumps — to the wrong place.
But remember, it only errs on the first attempt. All other times it goes to the correct anchor. Each test requires us to fully empty cache and open a new private window.
Jose,
OK, I’m trying to understand, please bear with me.
First, yes, Rocket does seem to have separate cache for desktop and mobile, as I pointed out earlier. This is a new feature that came out perhaps a month ago. And yes, I have check the box to enable “separate cache for mobile”.
As for point 1 above: yes, I understand that your mobile page cannot be cached by Rocket. Indeed, there is no option to do so, and it is greyed out.
Point 3: We do use Rocket’s “individual page” cache, which is set on the desktop version of the page. There is no way to do an “individual page” cache on your mobile private page, as stated above.
Other than this, we are also using Rocket’s own CDN, which is Stackpath. So we do not know how this works.
Thanks for all this info!
Yes, we have Rocket set to “separate cache for mobile”.
One thing you said above confused us: You said:
You have a mobile version of https://yoursite.com/page-example/.
The first visitor visits the page https://yoursite.com/page-example/ on mobile. The cache is built and stored. Then all the other visitors will see the mobile version, even if they visit the page with a desktop. What do you mean “all other visitors will see the mobile version, even if they visit the page with a desktop”? Surely people who visit our site on desktop will only ever see the desktop version.
Thanks,
LucasRegarding trashing the mobile page and your comment above:
Yes, we understand all this. But the problem was: We had trashed the mobile page permanently. And there was no way to recreate a new mobile page. Your plugin would not allow it. It only gave the alert that “Page not found, did you delete it?”
Yes, we had deleted it, and there was no way given to create a new one. We could not undelete the page. So we had to completely uninstall the plugin and start all over.
