There is nothing different in the menu so they still can’t open it. It seem to be a Dutch problem. :-S

They can’t open it at all. Which iPad do you have? Can it be that you have a very new one with better functions??

Thanks for your quick response!
I’ve asked my friends again and non of them can use the drop-down menu. 🙁 It’s tested on 4 iPads, one of them an iPad IV, and one of them an iPad Air with iOS 8.Hope you know how to solve this.
