I’m wondering the same thing; in this list of posts, jamaal’s username is not a link to his website, although I can click the ‘member’ below it and see his profile. But samboll’s username is a link to his website.
I’ve also noticed that other users (whooami springs to mind) have their user names linked to websites. I thought that the way to do this was the same as at wp.com, to have a website listed in your forums profile but that does not seem to be the case.
Can anyone offer help on how I make my username a link to my website?
The IP address you’ve given in your code looks like it might be for a local machine (ie the one you’ve got the image stored on) rather than for a Internet address. That would explain why the link is not working.
If that IP address is an Internet address, then I’m sorry I can’t help.
