Yes, that’s exactly what is happening to us.

I’ll be checking for updates, in the meantime I’ll pull the records via SQL.

Thanks for the reply.

It’s happening on all forms, across two different servers, never had this problem before with Forminator.

I disabled all plugins except Forminator but it still happens.
