you could check if in the wp-content/languages/plugins folder there’s some file related to the plugin.
Please also note that the plugin now uses the new performing translation system, so changing the .po file inside the plugin is not enough because there’s a PHP file that needs to be compiled.
So an change to the translation should be placed inside the wp-content/languages/plugins folder

if you have the quote in the backend this means that you are using the commercial version of the plugin, because this version simply sends an email. Please open a ticket at https://yithemes.com since here is not allowed to provide support for commercial plugins

unfortunately that button does not have a filter that could help you to modify the text. You could use a plugin like this https://wordpress.org/plugins/say-what/ to modify it.

could you please check if variable product are set up correctly so there’s a variation created for each attribute combination? In the specific, you should not have “Any attribute” variations
